Prepare a Technical Project Brief
For an efficient review, include the complete IC part number, datasheet and package drawing; representative chips and tape, tray or tube samples; the required input and output orientation; the released programming file, checksum and operation sequence; and any inspection, marking, traceability or MES requirements.
Capacity targets should state the device and program-and-verify time where known. Final UPH depends on the active programming stations, package, carrier behavior, handling cycle, inspection steps, retry policy and operating settings. Sample validation is therefore recommended before equipment acceptance.
Also provide the destination country, local voltage and frequency, available air supply, installation constraints, expected lot sizes, changeover frequency and requested delivery schedule. This information helps KINCOTO define configuration boundaries, test conditions and the responsibilities included in the quotation.
