From Exhibition Discussion to Engineering Validation

Exhibitions provide an efficient starting point for understanding a project, but a booth discussion is not treated as final equipment approval. After the event, KINCOTO converts the initial requirement into a technical review covering the exact IC part number, package drawing, incoming carrier, required output format, programming operations, inspection or marking steps, target capacity and factory interface conditions.

For a reliable proposal, customers should provide representative devices, trays, tubes or tape together with the released programming file and acceptance criteria. The engineering team can then review feeding stability, pickup clearance, orientation, socket compatibility, program-and-verify time, reject segregation and traceability needs.

Performance figures discussed at an exhibition remain conditional until sample trials are completed. Actual UPH depends on the device, programming cycle, active stations, package, carrier behavior, inspection sequence, retry policy and production settings. A final configuration should therefore be supported by documented assumptions and an agreed validation plan.
