Service Scope, Validation Conditions and Project Responsibilities

KINCOTO’s project scope is defined in the confirmed technical proposal and order documents. It should identify the machine configuration, supported device and carrier samples, programming functions, inspection or marking options, data interfaces, change parts, documentation, training method, installation support and agreed acceptance conditions.

Customers provide accurate device specifications, production-representative chips and carriers, released programming files, checksums, security operations, output requirements and factory utilities. Any new device, carrier, program revision or process requirement introduced after validation may require an additional engineering review or change part.

Factory acceptance should state the tested material, program-and-verify time, active stations, inspection sequence, retry policy and operating settings. Throughput and quality observations apply to those documented conditions. Destination-site responsibilities include unloading, floor and access readiness, power, compressed air, network or MES access, operators and local safety or regulatory compliance unless otherwise agreed.
