Final Handling CheckPre-Shipment Check and Handover Information
Before packing, the confirmed machine configuration, accessories, change parts, loose items and available documentation should be checked against the order scope. Transport locks, moving assemblies, external connectors and sensitive surfaces are secured for the selected shipping method. Where moisture exposure or long transit is expected, the packaging plan can include additional barrier protection and desiccant according to the agreed requirement.
Shipping preparation should record the machine model and serial reference, case quantity, gross and net weight, external case dimensions, center-of-gravity or lifting considerations and any restrictions on stacking or orientation. The consignee should confirm unloading equipment, doorway and floor access, local voltage and frequency, compressed-air conditions and the planned installation area before dispatch.
At handover, the project team aligns the packing list, commercial and transport documents, operating and maintenance information, available test records and contact route for arrival inspection. Customers should inspect the outer case before unloading, photograph any visible transport damage, verify loose components against the packing list and follow the agreed preservation and installation instructions.
