WHY KINCOTO SERVICE
Engineering Support Built Around Production
Our service approach connects practical application analysis, controlled manufacturing and responsive technical support throughout the equipment lifecycle.

Production-Focused Engineering
System recommendations begin with device packages, process flow, capacity targets and traceability requirements—not a one-size-fits-all machine list.

Testing Before Shipment
Configured functions are commissioned and reviewed under representative operating conditions before delivery preparation.

R&D to After-Sales
Engineering, manufacturing, sales and technical support work in one coordinated operation for clearer project communication.

Lifecycle Assistance
Support extends beyond installation through training, troubleshooting, routine maintenance guidance and production optimization.
How a KINCOTO Project Moves from Requirement to Acceptance
Application review starts with the full IC part number, package drawing, input and output carriers, programming file, target capacity and any inspection, marking or traceability requirements. Representative samples allow the engineering team to identify feeding, pickup, socket contact and repacking risks before final configuration.
During design and commissioning, the agreed workflow is converted into equipment functions, change parts, recipes, exception handling and data fields. Factory testing should use production-representative chips, carriers and files to verify orientation, programming and verify steps, OK/NG segregation, recovery after interrupted cycles and required output quality.
Delivery acceptance is based on documented conditions rather than unconditional headline figures. Measured UPH depends on the device, program size and cycle, active programming stations, carrier behavior, inspection sequence, retry policy and operating settings. Training and maintenance guidance are then aligned with the validated machine configuration and project scope.
