1. Precise Temperature Control
The most common cause of a loose seal is pressing the tape before the target temperature is reached. Our machines feature highly precise temperature control, equipped with a thermal display system that independently monitors the temperatures of the left and right heat-sealing blades. The system ensures that sealing only begins once the designated temperature is reached, with accuracy down to the exact degree. This guarantees the hot-melt adhesive is completely melted. Furthermore, an alarm will automatically trigger if the temperature is not reached, so you don't need to worry at all.

2. Uniform Pneumatic Pressure
Our pneumatic pressure adjustment system ensures that the force applied by the sealing blades is perfectly even. This completely prevents the common issue of one side being sealed too tight while the other is too loose.

3. Speed Synchronization
The sealing speed and the machine's operating speed are perfectly synchronized and coordinated, ensuring a consistently smooth and secure seal at all times.

Of course, sealing reliability also depends on the material compatibility between the cover tape and the carrier tape. Different manufacturers' tapes have different hot-melt temperatures. During setup, we will adjust the temperature, pressure, and speed to the optimal state based on the exact consumables you actually use, ensuring a seamless production process.
